The transmission structure of the high-speed toothbrush tufting machine consists of a main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems. The four servo axes are the horizontal X axis, the vertical Y axis, the molting Z axis and the rotating A axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the orientation of the toothbrush hole, the A-axis plays the role of replacing the next toothbrush, and the Z-axis plays the role of replacing the toothbrush bristles.

When the spindle motor (controlled by the inverter) works, the four electronically controlled servo axes work together, and when the spindle stops, the remaining four axes stop. Spindle speed determines the speed of hair transplant. Four servo axes respond to the demands of harmonious drive, otherwise hair loss or uneven hair will appear.

In order to prevent the above problems, the editor believes that the following problems should be paid attention to when operating the high-speed tufting machine:

1. When the machine is started, do not open the door on the right side of the fuselage to prevent clothes and other objects from being caught by the belt.

2. Do not reach into the activated machine.

3. Do not drop objects or other objects such as the handle of the brush into the operating machine to prevent damage to the parts caused by the impact of the tufting head or the hook knife.

4. If the parts are worn, please replace them as soon as possible to prevent damage to other parts or inferior products.

5. Pay attention to the cleaning, maintenance and leveling of the machine.

6. Add clean 46-48# hydraulic oil to the fuel tank.

7. The oil cups of the intake filter and the pressure regulator should be filled with steam oil.
